Early on Formstack had an amazing culture, sales were fluid and leads flowed heavily. Once the shift to focus on Enterprise happened, the product wasn't ready to be an Enterprise solution. Culture died with bad leadership hires, and an exodus happened (both involuntarily then later with a large layoff)

Good, everyone is very helpful. Small teams across the company work together. Compensations isn’t quite there yet since they are a small company of 200 but rapidly approaching 300 employees. Change in management has been very positive
