I had 5 different sales leaders before finally calling it quits. The CEO doesn’t want to relinquish control over the organization to other C-suites he hires which leads to a huge amount of turnover and failed GTM strategies. He blames marketing for everything. Only one other person than myself has hit quota in the 3+ years I was there and the other person was spoon fed the best leads because he’s buddies with the CEO. Everyone that works there as an IC is amazing. Just poor leadership from a technical background founder playing business and strategy CEO. Helluva product and staff though.

Company is going through an overhaul. It is still shaping up, but new sales leadership is making the team stronger across the board. Comp plans were adjusted for high potential earnings for strong performers. Just need stability in leadership.

There really isn’t any thing good to say about the company. The comp plan is the worst I’ve seen in my career. Leadership is non existent yet they still have 2 people to do 1/2 a persons job. The CEO is the most inept individual I’ve ever worked with or for. This was one of the biggest mistakes of my professional career.
