Terrible experience. One of the worst-run companies with a decent level of potential I have ever seen, the company is growing but is continually hindered by knee-jerk strategy changes, changes in personnel, and changes in direction, changes in deal leadership mid-cycle for no reason—all at the hands of the founder, who does not understand what he is doing. If this company ever gets an independent CEO and executive team, it could thrive and grow greatly. What a disappointment and waste.

There really isn’t any thing good to say about the company. The comp plan is the worst I’ve seen in my career. Leadership is non existent yet they still have 2 people to do 1/2 a persons job. The CEO is the most inept individual I’ve ever worked with or for. This was one of the biggest mistakes of my professional career.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst leadership that I've seen in my career. Seeing people as "cost" and too many unethical dismissals - especially not to pay the commissions! Great product and some really good people but high turnover. Usually people are being fired in a year mark without any reasons.
