Believe everything that you read on the other reviews. Most of the employees are good people caught in a bad situation. The CEO changes his mind on a whim, will lie to your face, and will make up things to support his decisions. He runs off or fires any good leadership. He gives all the deals to one rep that has been there for 4 years. The core product is being neglected to try and build a new product nobody wants. You can not make money. You will be miserable. You will always be looking over your shoulder.

Holy smokes, this place is dysfunctional. Think CAREFULLY about a place that has churned five sales leaders in 2 years. The CEO needs a check but is unwilling to involve any advisory or BoD

I had 5 different sales leaders before finally calling it quits. The CEO doesn’t want to relinquish control over the organization to other C-suites he hires which leads to a huge amount of turnover and failed GTM strategies. He blames marketing for everything.
