Seeing people as "cost" and too many unethical dismissals - especially not to pay the commissions! Great product and some really good people but high turnover. Usually people are being fired in a year mark without any reasons.

Former Employee1.0Jan 26, 2024There really isn’t any thing good to say about the company. The comp plan is the worst I’ve seen in my career. Leadership is non existent yet they still have 2 people to do 1/2 a persons job. The CEO is the most inept individual I’ve ever worked with or for. This was one of the biggest mistakes of my professional career.

Current Employee4.1Apr 16, 2024Company is going through an overhaul. It is still shaping up, but new sales leadership is making the team stronger across the board. Comp plans were adjusted for high potential earnings for strong performers. Just need stability in leadership.
