I love working at Flock Safety. It is the hardest thing I've done professionally, but also the most rewarding to date.

The rate of growth is intense and demanding. Everyone is expected to perform at a high level with low margins for error. Growing pains are at times very real. Great product that can really make a difference. A good number of people hit quota. The culture is brutal though. People getting fired frequently and the stress is extremely high. I’ve also noticed that people tend to be pretty aggressive here for no reason.

Flock is a dumpster fire, it has a distaste for women in sales and leadership positions. The sales team cannot function properly or professionally under its existing management.
