Great core product with poor execution on emerging products. Top level leadership is fantastic but more middle management has been added. In the past 6-8 months, sales culture and overall moral has tanked. Almost feels like it’s on purpose because they have new reps lined up to backfill territories and director roles.

Flock is a dumpster fire, it has a distaste for women in sales and leadership positions. The sales team cannot function properly or professionally under its existing management.
