Former Employee The majority of people were pleasant to work with including colleagues in different departments such as onboarding, CS, and marketing. Flex has a bright future and telling their story to prospective clients interested in the partnership was one of my favorite aspects about this role. You do have to work your tail off to hit your goals - a colleague I worked with mentioned they would be at their desk 9+ hours a day and even dedicate a few hours on the weekends which isn't the ideal work/life balance you're looking for. This is largely in part due to data quality responsibilities which I'm sure would be addressed as this company further grows. Another big call out is the commission structure which requires reps to stay diligent with existing clients post-sale to ensure you're getting the most out of each deal. Great earning potential if your focus is on the multi-family side of PM, however, some segments may lack the opportunity to work with these business types. Other property types such as SFR portfolios are much less lucrative, however, the silver lining is that the Flex service is offered to current/future renters of this property if needed.
