Sadly, this company started off with an amazing path for success. Now, it is being ran viciously by the VC and we are seeing much more people sad, upset, and depressed to come into work. Hopefully others can start to see how bad it is getting :(

While Fleetio has a great product, changes in leadership have devalued the importance of the sales organization. Compensation is low and headcount growth is being dictated by investors and not supported by actual numbers. This company is great but the base compensation is very low compared to other Saas companies but OTE is not bad.

Low salary for field. Lots of promises unmet. Leadership was encouraging but thats about the best I can say.
