The challenge was there was not enough support, which was not acknowledged by the executive team. Mentality was just get it done. This led to complete burnout and overall a negative work environment.

Current Employee2.9Jul 23, 2023The sales leadership excellent and the clients are wonderful. However senior leadership across the company are currently destroying the organization. Salespersons have had commissions stolen from them and people are being terminated constantly.
