Former Employee3.3Mar 20, 2024Experience was fine, bad leadership. Team wasn't hitting and I think it's hard to be successful.
Current Employee2.3Mar 28, 2024Not a great place for sales as churn is high and also pay isn’t attractive compared to other companies.

Current Employee3.9Aug 14, 2023Very difficult time for sales here. Figma essentially already has the entire market and very few accounts to sell to. We are only selling against ourselves, companies users our lower tiers and have little need to upgrade to Enterprise since they are relatively the same product with little difference

Former Employee3.6Feb 24, 2024Significant over hiring due to investor pressure led to a steady decline in the opportunity for each individual rep to be successful. Many great reps departed due to highly unattainable goals and toxic new leadership. Great product and great people weren’t enough for more than a third of reps to leave in a short period of time.
