- Toxic positivity, obvious favoritism, you have to fit in, impossible to hit targets, micromanagement, "follow the script" strategy. + Product is great and customers love it.

This company is awful. The culture has gotten so bad, reps hitting on average around 15% of their number, and management has no clue what they're doing. Folks leaving left and right. Maybe other parts of the org are better but I absolutely do not recommend sales reps work here.

The market is fully saturated as everyone who should use Figma already does. Leadership is just waiting for their Adobe pay out. No one is hitting quota. It’s a mess. I would highly recommend running far away from the sales org at Figma.

Great product, tough sales motion due to strong product on lower pricing tier. Company has great potential, and is a disruptor in the space. The first year was hard, but it got better over time.
