Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I worked here for two years starting as an intern. For an internship it didn't pay too bad but as soon as they hire you things got worse. The work load was very high with crazy schedules as I worked with markets such as Australia and NYC so time difference was a big issue. Not only work load but compensation was very very low with almost non-existant bonuses.
The company did offer perks such as a gym membership, discounts for their products and free drinks and fruit at the office. However, in my opinion this was to try and hide the under par compensation.
Leadership wise it was a startup so I find it normal that methodology changed every month almost. You do need to be flexible and get used to procedures changing constantly.
I did learn a lot and I'm grateful to them for giving me my first oportunity. It is a company with offices worldwide and it can be fun to work with people from all over the world. I would have stayed longer if it wasn't for the low salary. I'm talking about Spanish market I don't know how much they got paid at other offices. Browse Other Reviews
