It doesn’t seem there is a product market fit yet. Incentive / compensation system was never clear. Quota attainment was measured by a points system that was changed unilaterally without consulting the teams. No proper documentation or data on how the teams where doing was available, not allowing to benchmark performance. The company provided little to none case studies. Browse Other Reviews
