Good company. Not necessarily a sales organization. Tons of hoops to jump through to close a deal. Customer service/admin tasks take more of your time. Hard to find prospects who ship enough volume out and give you time to discuss your services. Commission 4 times a year.

Base is relatively low for internal promotions, commissions and bonuses are ADHOC and can shift radically depending on economic conditions month to month. Generally customers tend to switch and come back, back and forth as this is industry standard.
