Overall I have really enjoyed my time at FareHarbor. The culture, team and incentive structure are all conducive to a great sales gig. Biggest issue is the terrible base comp. You will not make much at all your first year, but are in a good position after that.

FareHarbor is a great company as a whole. They have great benefits, a productive culture, and are flexible. The base salary for sales is basically minimum wage with commissions based on the success of the companies you close.
