Good commission. Not everything is 100%. That’s for sure. They push Americo because it gives you the most money and the firm but a lot of times isn’t the best product at all. But, depends on your manager. I had a great one who helped me with product knowledge so I could ACTUALLY help people. So it was good while it lasted. No complaints here.

Dont work here unless you are okay with grinding super hard and buying leads

Only real income is growing a team. On paper it looks like you make money but after buying lead and charge backs you maybe make half of what you actually make
