Factorial is full of amazing people and they really care about the employees that work there. I wish I never left, but I had to move on.

Red Flag Company - Very high turnover of staff - Closed the UK/I market over the last 6 months - Inexperienced leadership and management team - Good product/Market fit but Complicated product to demo - Nice office and benefits - There are many great companies based in Spain that offer a far superior environment for growth, development and training. Not this one.

Still very new to the US. Headquarters is in europe and doesn’t fully understand our needs. Hiring way too many salespeople than necessary and they wonder why no one is hitting quota. The worst company I’ve ever worked for. They don’t set you up for success, the product is a hard sell in the US. Marketing team has a long ways to go before they can gain traction in the US.
