Extreme Networks has great vision and is doing great things. My team was a mess with poor product fit and poor leadership. Earning potential is great but there is little tolerance for missing quota.

Quotas for last 2 years have been unattainable by 80% of reps. Constant management change and lack of understanding of how to lead. Product falling behind. Sales management about to make big changes that will result in slow sales.
