Experian Health ranking - There is no upward mobility. Leadership are either unqualified or stale and heavily play favorites; they were actually being sued over the decision to remove commission from a rep in favor of another just because. There is no diversity in sales team.

Challenging comp plan. Ratable. April fiscal year, so if you sell something in April 12 months of the contract. In January you only get 3 months.
