Expel had a really great sales org before their new CRO started. The vast majority of Account Executives are not hitting quota and the Revenue org is doing a horrendous job of creating demand. Check Glassdoor and see what the Sales team has been saying for the last year to year and a half. They lost what made them special and many wonder if they will ever get it back.

Low quota attainment but high pay. Had a round of layoffs around August 2023, after which hiring and promotions have ground to a halt.
