You can make money here, but if you hit quota, the next quarter your quota will go up. Unusual to hit quota 2 or 3 consecutive quarters. From a corporate culture - it's brutal. The CEO is stuck in his ways, doesnt trust his employees, management is terrible but the product is fantastic and is very well liked in the marketplace. In a downturn, it's tough to get clients on the phone so the expectations are set up to be extremely challenging.
