Equinix is a fabulous company. The salaries are lower than you can source at competitors. RSU's are how suppliment your compensation and they is at the discretion of the Regional Management team and not always based on merit /performance. People stay a long time so they have their ways and their cliques. Evolving or driving change isn't always supported, you need exec cover to drive impact.
