Eptura leadership has shifted drastically to caring solely about hitting numbers. Valuing employees work/life balance, personal growth, and career growth have all gone out the window completely. There is no coaching, only gathering numbers to report up to the board. Retention is dwindling because of the culture and I don't see this changing anytime soon.

a few great products, and execellent sales engineers. the worst CRM setup i've ever seen, and its extremely complicated to support 7 separate platforms. "consolidated platform" not anywhere near ready for actual sales.

Leadership does not care about its employees. Thomas Bravo is trying to build up the company so that they can sell it.
