The new CRO of this place exudes a superiority complex and toxic boomer energy. I would avoid while he is still there. A ton of great people will probably leave soon because of this.

My overall experience was subpar. Visitor management and workplace management didn’t have the growth that was expected and the leadership team over hired massively, resulting in a large RIF.

Positives: great office culture and office manager, catered breakfast and lunch, $100 wellness stipend, regular after office events and team bonding activities. people are leaving left and right, envoy has a difficult road ahead. Would not recommend joining unfortunately until leadership figures out the right direction.
