Former Employee2.0Nov 22, 2024Leadership was lacking in several ways: 1) My direct leader was not knowledgeable on our solutions. 2) Metrics were the only thing monitored. 3) Quota goals were set well above market trends. 4) Coaching was only to point out what was not working. 5) Lead flow was non-existent. 6) Leadership did not provide support on closing deals.
