Energage sets a quota that sometimes the organizations will go a quarter without anyone coming close to hitting their number in a single month. Leadership refuses to allocate spend towards marketing and as a result it is incredibly difficult to generate new leads. Energage offers no competitive advantage over any other organization in the industry.

Constantly changing quotas and poor leadership. I was told to follow a certain process that was comprised of multiple steps. This process had a free option which was many of the lead's only interest.

Decelerators on quota attainment, but no positive monthly accelerators if you hit. Very few if any reps are hitting. Very little product innovation to keep us relevant in the space. Seems like retaining big clients is priority #1, new business is not emphasized.
