Very toxic work experience. Was promised incentives and compensation without any follow through. Leadership plays favorites and does not care about their employees. RUN!

This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. The "CEO" has a complete lack of experience running a company and the constant layoffs have led to disarray. I would avoid Nowsta like the plague. Seriously - you are better off at ANY other job.
