Enable is growing fast and adjusting how they pay reps, but the change happens so fast that communications aren't clear on what the incentive structures are. The product market fit is really key to the company and they have that nailed - the TAM is huge and words of top strat reps making $700K+ is something you want to hear.

To keep this brief - avoid this sinking ship at all costs. I ignored the reviews when I joined figuring they must just be a few disgruntled employees. Turns out they are all completely accurate.
