My overall experience was very poor. Blind leading the blind with no solid sales methodology in place and a culture of fear created from the top down. Every single BDR that has been there more than a couple months is actively looking to leave. Managers were put into management roles because they were good sales people but seriously lack management skills, so they resort to micromanaging to give them the illusion they are doing something in terms of "management". Only good things to note are a decent product market fit, and a generous accelerator structure if you manage to overachieve on your quota.

The leadership demanded you work on call 24/7. We make more than doctors they said so we must be as available as they are. There are needless internal meetings. Some long after the work day ended. Good product for SMB/Mid-market space, developing more Enterprise functionality and winning more logos in that space. Aggressive sales culture can be challenging (on internal + customers), as growth is paramount. Lots of potential - currently going through scale-up pains to try and realize it.
