Thank you for sharing your perspective as a remote US representative. Ensuring quota attainment and providing our reps with the necessary tools and support to succeed is a major focus for us. We review and adjust quotas for all reps on a yearly basis to ensure a fair and attainable structure, allowing reps to build a strong foundation for success and stay for our positive work culture and values.
We recognize the differences in experiences between our in-office reps in Canada and our remote reps in the US. Our in-office reps receive additional benefits such as lunches, in person culture building, and happy hours. We strive to balance these benefits for our remote employees as well.
