The drawback is the compensation structure and the requirements to work from the office 5 times a week for BDRs can be a pain. The product is great.

If you don't know much about sales, still avoid it before you get trapped due to poor, outdated practices, management and can't move elsewhere because you learnt nothing other than to act like a monkey when asked to.
