culture is non-existent unless you count "grind" and "burnout" as culture. asked to be the AE, BDR, Legal, and Solutions Engineer in one. Prospecting is paramount to all other parts of the job. That and passing your certification to demonstrate the tool. Most time will be spent writing ghost emails for execs to send to your prospects, cold calling, writing cold emails, and preparing documentation for execs to join your calls(with excruciating detail).

My overall experience was pretty terrible here. It was such a difficult place to work with. If you were not in the good graces of leadership then you were going to get chopped within 6 months of working there

This was a great position if you're just getting started with sales as the enablement is good, BDR management is skilled and the compensation structure allows for high earnings.
