Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee From March to September, I achieved 2 out of 11 for my quota, with an average connect rate below 5%. Despite some prospects accepting my LinkedIn connection requests, none engaged further. I was also assigned 37 new accounts without any communication to me or my AE in my last month at the company, which I discovered a week later. Both my AE and I agreed that our territory was underperforming, and many of the companies we engaged with actually belonged to a parent company that was in someone else’s territory. Additionally, a large majority of the 300 accounts in my territory did have a need for the product we were selling. I was placed on a PIP, but my manager went on vacation shortly after initiating it. The product was challenging to sell, positioned more as a 'nice-to-have' rather than a 'need-to-have,' though it holds future potential as the company grows and gains more recognition.
