Former Employee In theory, there is a huge TAM & clear problem Enable is trying to solve across the market.
However, big egos in all the wrong places, a failure to truly be customer-centric & an incredibly poor Sales culture leave a lot to be desired. With <10% of reps actually hitting quota, there needs to be a serious re-evaluation for the organisation to succeed moving forward.
It’s a shame because I have nothing but great things to say about Andrew Butt & the clear passion he has for the company and its people. Browse Other Reviews
