Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee There are some real positives like the incentive structure, co-workers, flexibility of working hybrid, etc. but there is a real issue at the top and it is felt throughout the whole sales org. New CROs are constantly coming in (3 in the last 1.5 years), making sweeping changes that don't work, and then taking no accountability.
