Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience with Emburse was a roller coaster. Leadership has it's ups and downs and the culture was poor. Retention in the sales organization was poor, although there was some great quarters of success and good leadership internally. Working remote, I found the opportunities for networking and career growth were almost non existent even with very high efforts. Promises of promotion and growth to above achievers were never followed through with, and the compensation, even though non capped, was certainly average. I did meet some great people and had found some success, but there was no acknowledgment or actionable path of growth from performing well above goal for a number of years.
