Overall experience was good but had a much better culture and product innovation a year ago. The new executive leadership is focusing more on the expense and travel management side of the business and is not investing in the resources needed to to keep up with the AP automation and vendor payments market. They let a lot of key and talented technical employees go which is hindering their level of product innovation, especially with ERP integrations.

Bad leadership, lost and don't know what they're doing. Morale is nonexistent and the leaders are snakes. Their business plan and 3 year goals don't make sense and they won't achieve them.
