Stay as far away from Embark as possible. Horrible leadership, horrible culture, morale is incredibly low. One week my manager is telling me how wonderful of a job I'm doing and asking if I'd like to apply for a leadership position. A week later the VP of Sales (who, by her own admission, is highly unqualified for the job) without reason lays off 20 salespeople citing "poor performance". I was literally there for only 2 months and led in pretty much every possible metric. I wouldn't be surprised if I got let go because of my age, as I did feel discriminated against while I was onsite.

My overall experience with Embark was pitiful. The only worse experience I had in my career was working for a boss whose nickname amongst the small 50 person company (including top execs) was little hitler. Good team culture, and good place to get practise on the phones as their a sufficient amount of inbound leads and high connect rate.
