Good mat leave. Hourly 23$. All inbound on the dialer system. Hard to take PTO because you can’t use it when someone else is taking it. I work 10:30 to 7 est and I wish I could move up

You used to be able to make six figures here quite easily, with the new commission structure that is no longer the case. I make significantly less than I did a few years prior.

Culture is great, the inbound leads are steady. My only problem is 40+ apps was only getting you maybe 1500 bucks. Just not enough money, for how much you actual work. You work a lot and the per app is just not there. They spend a lot on marketing which sometimes can be to the detriment of the agent.
