platform is amazing, leadership is horrible. Leadership judge performance the same on reps who receive inbounds vs those who don't. 90%+ of new logo is from inbound leads and leadership denies any correlation between performance and inbound rates. Inbound disparity it insane. Some reps receive up to 30-40 a quarter while other recieve 2-5 a quarter. Horrible SF...Read More

This company is poorly run. Less than 10% are achieving quota, and leadership is justifying their jobs by hiring more people to throw at the number. *If you do not come from the leadership's previous company, you will not be given the same opportunities.
