I’m in the Draper office. It’s like a cult. Leadership funnels anything good to their favorites. One main leader in the office will actually say layoffs are coming to scare his team. Less than 10% are hitting quota. That same leader told me 75% just over a year ago. Very demanding on being “in-office.” They take role (that’s not a joke) Just a miserable experience- but this job market sucks, so people role with it. I wish I never met these pluralsight people…. Every. Single. One. Of. Them.

Not a great market fit compared to its competitors. Sales team needs serious revamp and enablement. Leaders are kind of lost and have meetings just to have meetings.
