SDR org has gone WAY downhill here. No longer a team environment, slack chat is now just management pumping it up. This year the Quota pay was changed to reduce pay and require a lot more work. This job is now a total grind. Very low ability to grow your career here. Natural move is to go from SDR to Inside sales AE. They promise 18 months when they hire you....Read More

Good company and still lots of growing and opportunity. Marketing is behind the competition in supporting sales as inbound lead flow is brutally low. Weird gap considering they are the market leader in their space by a significant margin. Overall, still a great place to be during these times.
