New SEs hired after the MC acquisition have a "typical" corporate annual bonus instead of an OTE compensation structure. There's also internal competition between Mastercard Sales and Dynamic Yield Sales, competing for the same prospects and opportunities with lack of territory delineation and account mapping. Many senior hires brought in as a "Manager" level in Mastercard's job families, whereas Mastercard's Data & Services teams seem overly unbalanced with tons of VPs and SVPs (many of them less experienced than some newly hired Managers).
