Currently this is a Sales company where finance is running the show. There is incredible micromanagement from the top down and the AE’s are not giving the necessary support to meet target expectations.

My overall experience was they never trained outbound reps how to do outbound. They are so focused on the inbound people that the outbound people are second thoughts and don’t matter as much to them. Basically had to teach myself everything outbound.

Excellent learning opportunities at this organization. If you are promoting from within, do not expect to be paid market standard rates. External hires may be paid appropriately, not certain.
