Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The sales organisation structure changed to make it more like a larger company meaning sales people don't have enough opportunity to meet target. Eithe it is solely new logo or managin existi g accounts. With only one product to see this is difficult. Sales into existing accounts are small and quite difficult as the company increase prices by 15% annually. There isn't enough experience from outside the company at the middle management layer and this shows. There are too many layers of management without enough communication between departments.
