a lot of fundamental problems within the company that management seemingly is blind to and not resolving them. Multiple rounds of layoffs in the past 12 months is their de-facto go to response to these problems but obviously is not the answer since layoffs still happening, problems still exist, and we are letting go of seriously top performing talents. Management/company is still toxic and chaotic and no one really sees a future for themselves or recommend it to their friends.

The sales organisation structure changed to make it more like a larger company meaning sales people don't have enough opportunity to meet target.
