Great product, but not a lot of internal growth opportunities. C-suite would rather hire from a competitor than promote from within, with few exceptions.

Easiest product I've ever sold Sales motion changes every year - more consistency would be appreciated, and the ability to build a long term sales career where I can net 500K to 1,000,000 a year. based on the relationships and accounts that I brought to the company.

the biggest Pro for Druva is that they have a clear product with wide application. Qualification is easy, it's essentially - does the customer have a pain or project related to backup, recovery and data resiliency? does the customer want a true SaaS offering? if yes to both, this is a great target for Druva to pursue.
