Druva
Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall opinion of Druva is very low.
The product portfolio and support for customer tech was less than average.
The marketing was nonexistent (new CMO every two years).
The leadership (America’s VP & Area VP) in particular) was poor and, frankly, combative (far from collaborative). Area VP threw me under the bus in front of leadership and peers more than once despite opportunities to take a more tactful approach.
After 3 months, I was given an entirely new account list. After 4 months, I was moved to a new team under a new manager. After 6 months, my seasoned SE left and was not replace until the 7th month. The new SE was good, but it was his first SE role. I was laid off after 9 months.
The best way to describe Druva is JUNIOR VARSITY.
Druva hired great industrial contributors but they just can’t seem to make the next step from being a startup to an actual player on the space, despite being +15 years old (founded 2008). Browse Other Reviews
