Easiest product I've ever sold Sales motion changes every year - more consistency would be appreciated, and the ability to build a long term sales career where I can net 500K to 1,000,000 a year. based on the relationships and accounts that I brought to the company.

My overall opinion of Druva is very low. The product portfolio and support for customer tech was less than average. The marketing was nonexistent (new CMO every two years). Great product, but not a lot of internal growth opportunities. C-suite would rather hire from a competitor than promote from within, with few exceptions.
