Average sales tenure is over 5 years. This shows we are not hire and fire company. If you have entrepreneurial spirit and want to get things done DocuWare might be right choice. If you are looking for a corporation where presales engineer does all the job for sales person DocuWare is a terrible choice. DocuWare expects sales reps to do their demos and be subject matter experts.
